Mark as Useful They are using a Magic Jack telephone number. Very harrassing, cursing, hanging the phone up in my face. States I owe money to a cash advance place that I never had any transactions with. They have all of my personal information. They also call my number for a Anna Gonzales. This is scary. Please help!

Mark as Useful This caller is calling our home in excess of 10 times per day for at least one week. If we answer, there is nothing but background noise. If we don't answer, there is no message. If we call the number back, we get a customer service but cannot leave a message or talk with anyone. We are on a DO NOT CALL LIST in PA

Mark as Useful Called regarding that they are contracted by Dept. of Treasury to collect debts owed to them. When I contacted my bank, Dept of Treasury, (by phone and email) they said that the Dept. doesn't use collection agencies, and there is no case in my name.
Bottom line, Scam!!
